Character influences well-being, job performance, and other outcomes of interest for both individuals and organizations. This course presents an overview of the ways people use character strengths in different situations, and when the protective, competitive, integrative, adaptive, or agile use of a strength is appropriate. What will I learn?
In this course, you will learn about six mindsets we can use when facing different situations. You will learn how each can be appropriate in certain contexts, and how being agile is a special type of mindset.
How will this help with certification?
This course is to supplement the introductory information in the Tilt Foundations course. This additional content is especially important to understand results on the Positive Influence Predictor and Team Agility Predictor assessments.
